How to Use:
For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water (stir if required) and drink
each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained.
3-6 years: drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
Sports & Exercise: dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
Warning:
Once prepared, use O.R.S solution within 8 hours (24 hours if refrigerated).
Consuming more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Adults should not use more
than 24 tablets in 24 hours, and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours.
Supplement should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
Storage:
Keep the tube tightly closed.
Do not store above 25°C and protect from heat and moisture.
Do not use after the best before date (see base).
Do not store made up O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator.
If refrigerated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.
