At Kuwa Supplements Qatar, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order or subscription.

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for regular orders, subscriptions, and pre-orders available through our website.

1. Regular Orders

We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request may be handled in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy and applicable Qatar consumer protection requirements.

For products that are prescription-based, temperature-sensitive, specially prepared, or otherwise subject to specific fulfilment requirements, cancellation may be subject to additional restrictions.

2. Subscriptions

If subscription products are available on our store, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the subscription duration and frequency selected at the time of purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

You may be able to:

• Change your subscription frequency

• Modify applicable subscription details

• Update your payment information

Where available, subscription management can be accessed through the link provided in your subscription or order confirmation email.

Subscription Charges

For recurring subscriptions, your selected payment method may be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have paid for the subscription in advance.

If you cancel a subscription before the next scheduled order is processed or charged, future subscription charges will generally be stopped.

If a subscription order has already been processed, charged, or dispatched, cancellation of that particular order may no longer be possible. The applicable Return & Replacement Policy will apply where relevant.

Auto-Renewal

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you should cancel it before the next renewal or scheduled billing date.

3. Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is not currently available in stock but is expected to become available at a later date.

The payment arrangement for a pre-order will be displayed at checkout and may include:

• Full payment at the time of purchase; or

• A partial payment or deposit, with the remaining amount collected before fulfilment.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If a pre-order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any request for a refund or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy and applicable law.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability or other circumstances within our control, Kuwa Supplements will contact you regarding the available options, including any applicable refund.

4. Try Before You Buy

Kuwa Supplements Qatar does not currently offer a Try Before You Buy programme unless specifically stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

If this service becomes available in the future, specific terms relating to the trial period, payment authorisation, returns, and charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Cancellation of Promotional or Special Orders

Certain promotional offers, bundles, limited-time programs, or specially arranged products may have specific cancellation conditions.

Any applicable cancellation conditions will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page, during checkout, or in the applicable promotional terms.

6. Refunds Following Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing will normally begin within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

7. Prescription & Medical Products

For prescription medicines and medical treatment programs, including applicable weight-management programs, cancellation may be subject to additional requirements.

An order may not be fulfilled until the required prescription, medical assessment, eligibility verification, or other applicable approval has been completed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because the required prescription or medical eligibility requirements are not met, Kuwa Supplements will contact the customer regarding the applicable cancellation and refund process.

8. Important Information

Cancellation rights may vary depending on the product, order status, payment status, fulfilment stage, and applicable Qatar laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Qatar law.
