How to Use:
Adults & 12+ year olds:
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
Warning:
Once prepared, use O.R.S solution within 8 hours (24 hours if refrigerated).
Consuming more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Adults should not use more
than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Should not be used by children under 12 years old.
Supplement should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
Storage:
Keep the tube tightly closed.
Do not store above 25°C and protect from heat and moisture.
Do not use after the best before date (see base).
Do not store made up O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator.
If refrigerated the solution may be stored for up to 24 hours.
