Magnesium (from seawater and as TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered from magnesium bisglycinate chelate and magnesium oxide), Organic Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), (root and aerial parts) aqueous extract. Hydroxypropyl cellulose, gum acacia, maltodextrin; Less than 2% of: magnesium stearate, silica, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, sodium acetate anhydrous.
