Habe nun fast eine Dose aufgebraucht und muss sagen, dass meine Haare mehr glänzen und gesünder aussehen. Auch meine Nägel. Habe heute eine zweite Dose bestellt. Ob meine Haare gewachsen sind, weiß ich noch nicht, habe aber ein Vorher-Foto gemacht und werde nach 3 Monaten mal ein zweites machen. Zumindest ist mir bisher kein schnelleres Wachstum aufgefallen ;-)

To be fair, I've only been taking these for a few weeks, but already am seeing some difference in the condition of my hair. It seems to be stronger, the less loss of hair after shampooing, and hair seems to look more healthy. The list of ingredients is impressive. I didn't notice much of anything for about a month, after a month, my roots are much longer than normal and my hair feels a little thicker. Definitely reordering! There's less breakage too but I'm also taking fish oil pills in addition to this. The combination seems to be working!
